Questions, answered

What we know—and what we’re still proving.

01Are these towels?

They’re Towel Trousers: a post-water garment made from 100% Pima cotton loop terry, with a drawcord waist, pockets and a Long or Short length. Final performance will be confirmed from approved samples before orders open.

02Will they actually dry me off?

That is the job being tested. The target is to handle the water left on skin after a quick towel-off—not replace a bath towel or hair drying. We’ll publish the verified result after production-sample testing.

03Can I wear them outside?

The design brief is indoor-first, but considered enough for a hotel hallway, mailbox or drive home. Final fit and coverage will be confirmed before orders open.

04Can I wear them without underwear?

Direct-to-skin wear is part of the intended post-shower use. Fabric softness, seam comfort and coverage still have to pass approved-sample wear testing before we present them as settled facts.

05How are they different from sweatpants?

The difference is the fabric: 100% Pima cotton towel terry rather than fleece or jersey. Its damp-skin performance remains a development target until sampling is complete.

06Will they shrink?

We do not have an approved shrinkage claim yet. Final care instructions will follow dimensional-change testing across five wash-and-dry cycles.
